We believe every single person matters, we see you, we hear you. The stiff bodied, the bigger boned, the older, the younger, the working with injuries, the perfectly imperfect. For all of those that think they can't, because you can, oh yes you can!

I have tried a few in my area but came to my own conclusion that this one was the best.
Brilliant teachers and fabulous classes for all abilities.
The classes are of a good size where you still get that direct support from the instructor.
A truly wonderful and inclusive environment and really glad they discussed the history of yoga in the first session!

I am practising almost every day since there are classes available before and after work, the booking system is great, classes are often almost full, but it doesn't feel overcrowded.
Started with a taster and switched to a monthly subscription later on.
