From the first class, which was part of a package, we knew it would be something we’d be doing long term.
Luke is an incredibly knowledgeable coach, he has a unique way of teaching he is able to inspire growth without any judgement ( I’m a little bit of a slow learner lol 😂) .
I honestly went home with a weight taken off my shoulders, with a deeper understanding of myself and for that I will be forever grateful.
