Attended one of Michelle's Ashtanga yoga classes and I felt so at ease and comfortable in her presence, even though I hadn't done a class in over a decade I felt so supported, cared for and challenged enough to want to continue in this beautiful and transcendental experience Ashtanga yoga is.
Michelle's approach allows for flow and adaptation so you are never forced to be in a position which has happened to me before and I have been injured.
