Hi I'm Simone, I am the owner of Mind over Matter boxing, we are based in East Dulwich , London. Do not worry about age, size or fitness level, we cater for everyone! I have been an athlete for 37 years now and I strongly believe that exercise combats depression. The benefits of exercise are endless, so come along and see the results!

A great workout which is made loads of fun by Simone.
I was a beginner to boxing and decided to do a 1-2-1 session with Simone, I felt great after this and confident that boxing was something for me.
Got to experience my first-ever boxing class with Simone and I am hooked!
Boxing with Simone is such a lot of fun, so it’s a flipping awesome way to exercise.
I started my first boxing class with Simone this morning and she could not have been more welcoming and encouraging.
Her motivational approach is truly inspiring, and she goes above and beyond to tailor workouts that not only challenge you but also make the journey enjoyable (even when it gets though 😅).
An hour and half of cardio, muscle strengthening and basic boxing techniques for ladies of all ages and fitness, beginners and non-beginners.
We also had a session in the park which was great- good to get out and about, and great to have an accessible place to work out.
You don’t need a background in boxing or exercise to do her class as she offers a range of activities to keep everyone included.
Fantastic work out, loads of opportunity to go at your own pace or really push yourself and you get to meet some lovely people whilst you’re at it.
