Very accommodating for schedule, availability and great support during training sessions, giving workouts to take home, explanations, videos when needed.
Rob provided an excellent programme with multiple different groups of exercise.
During our sessions together I enjoyed how he gradually increased my challenges in every sessions and the way he pushed me without being “too loud” (I’ve had experiences of personal trainers being too aggressive and pushy which didn’t work for me).
