P1 Fitness Personal Training

Sessions are fun, well planned and delivered by coaches who have a huge knowledge and who are inclusive, no matter age or ability.

Especially I’m a beginner to weight training and always want to do it, but I always found going to the normal gym and the weight training area a bit scary and didn’t really know what to do.

Was in Manchester for few days and I took part at 2 classes in the early morning.

Very convenient for working in the city centre - lots of options for classes through the day and evening.

I’ve been quite an active gym goer for 4/5 years and have had a couple of PTs on a 1-1 basis and I have to say I LOVE the small PT classes even more.

I joined P1 fitness after reading the reviews, they are accurate so I won't reiterate how great the P1 fitness gym is (team and atmosphere) Let me tell you about my personal progress instead.

It's a great, friendly and fun environment with passionate, supportive and extremely knowledgeble coaches - it's what you would expect from a small business and so much more.

I was looking for a gym that could keep me accountable, that would make me feel welcome, that wouldn't make me feel embarrassed, that would make me feel at ease, and that would ensure my form was 'proper' and I wasn't going to injure myself....

The programme changes regularly which keeps it interesting and ensures progression.
