I have been doing Penny’s Pilates sessions since she started, I have attending many different instructed groups in the past but nothing as comfortable as Penny’s, she a very special way of communicating each move with you and helps you in a kind and gentle way achieve the move, the sessions are informative, yet fun and enjoyable, you almost forget you’re exercising!
I'm well into my 60's so can't do as much as I did when I was younger, but in Penny's classes you are always given alternative moves, which is brilliant.
I was recommended to start pilates back in 2019 by my Osteopath when I was suffering with stiff hips & low back pain.
I was very nervous about doing Pilates as don’t have much confidence so I did a course of 1-1 with Penny to start with.
Penny's patient and supportive style of teaching allows you to progress at your own pace.
So knowledgeable and calm- her classes are wonderful!!
