After sustaining a lower back disc herniation with sciatica in Aug 23 I was nervous to return to exercise but it was recommended by my physio to start returning to the gym to keep rebuilding my lower back and core strength.
His ability to teach and explain why using his anatomical knowledge has made me feel like a more balanced, relaxed and confident fighter.
I have never felt like a burden or pressured to part with money for unnecessary additional training and unfortunately the PT has to end for a while for me but I am sure my at home/gym programme will continue to allow me to reach my goals at a fraction of the cost, when I broke the news to Tom he advised me not to spend additional money and I could continue my journey at the gym

Tom is the only PT to ever improve my back pain, he is extreamly knolegable on anatomy and really listens, he is worth every penny he charges, highly recommend to anyone with an injury that is struggling to fully recover.
