Fantastic shop
They are great communicators, friendly and have strong technical knowledge and a sound understanding of what a sewer needs, with 40 years experience to draw on.
We then popped over to the shop to check out some other newer machines he has.
They went the extra mile for me, bringing a rep from the manufacturer to personally demo a new machine to me because I have a particular set of queries(about the software, embroidery machine specifically) and needed some more depth!
Very knowledgeable about their products and not pushy with sales pitch.
Saeed’s knowledge, skill & perfect attitude won me over… his demonstration, explanation and perfect sales pitch (no pressure to purchase at all) won me over and I purchased a machine from him.
