I'm also passionate about the use of Pilates as a therapeutic treatment for conditions such as back pain, arthritis and osteoporosis, and the role it can play in aiding recovery from joint replacement surgery. I have a range of specialist exercise qualifications and I draw on this knowledge in my one-to one Pilates-based training sessions to provide tailored exercise programmes that can improve balance, mobility, strength, and flexibility, and help to alleviate pain.
