After just coasting along not really knowing what I was doing at the gym and having various other PTs and not seeing many results I was a bit sceptical to pay someone for online coaching, but by god it was the best decision I have made, Ollie put more time and interest into my fitness journey than any local PT in my area , with regular check ins , calls , WhatsApp messages nothing is ever a bother I have learned so much not just in the gym but even with nutrition.

He has not only helped with my weightloss through well structured sessions and nutrition plans but also broken down many barriers that have massively improved my mental health.

I've learnt an insane amount, both about technique, training plan/schedule and especially nutrition, and the results speak for themselves.
