The studio is a really great space & very well thought out design.
Lovely immaculate studio, would highly recommend the yoga class, perfect balance of relaxation and a workout, great teacher.
Max has provided my with expert, personalised, challenging rehab sessions which have rapidly improved my strength but also ended up sorting out other problems eg low back pain which is fantastic.
Definitely recommend to beginners!
Max certainly knows how to get the most out of people.
Max deserves all the 5-star reviews that he's got; he's a highly professional and affable PT who knows how to equip you to fulfil your fitness goals.
A few teething problems with the website but Max is a great friend and trainer.
Good reputation
He brings extensive practical and theory-based knowledge ranging from nutrition and rehabilitation through to bio-mechanics which enables him to design bespoke programs to suit individual physiques and training plans/timelines.
Working two jobs with one at a leisure centre and one as a police officer I find it very hard to find the time to fit in/be motivated to do any exercise.
