How much do you charge?
If you are looking to work with a personal trainer solely based on price, we are probably not the right choice for you. However, if you want to work with a personal trainer who will help you achieve quick results, within a safe and private facility, please book a free consultation.
Is there a minmum contract?
Yes, there is a minimum 6-month contract. Achieving results is not an overnight process, it takes time. The 6-month minimum is to ensure that you make progress towards your goals and learn about exercise, nutrition and build new positive long lasting habits before you stop working with us.
I have an existing injury; can you still help me?
Absolutely, we have worked with and helped many clients with pre-existing injuries. We also work closely with a local osteopathy clinic to help with diagnosis and ongoing exercise when needed.
