Since moving to Cheltenham I have been working with Paul from The Fitness Team and got to know some of the other PTs down there, great group, highly recommend them!!
I have worked with Paul for over 6 years and his knowledge and application of fitness training are first class.
Made a huge difference to my health and fitness and learnt some valuable lessons on nutrition.

I have a busy business and personal life but my training with Paul and The Fitness team keeps me sane and healthy.
The residential weekends offered by the team have also been an excellent way to consolidate everything I have learnt whilst working with Paul and has made it easier to concentrate on why I am doing this in the first place.
Paul has helped me recover from a back injury a few years ago and continues to work with me to achieve goals I didn’t think were possible.
All the trainers are friendly always have a bit of banter !
