I have been training with Yas for over a year now and I have come to really value her as a PT for many reasons… She is very positive in the way that she trains me, using encouragement, flexibility and patience to get results, without any BS! She has a real passion for her work and this is incredibly motivating. During our sessions Yas is totally focussed on my agenda making me feel like I am her only client and I love that she never texts, chats or gets distracted whilst training me. She obviously sees her role as being broader than just the hour session itself, giving encouragement afterwards or sending helpful articles to explain a point. I am so pleased with the continued results physically, but more than that, the improvement to my mental health has been exceptional.
I had trained fairly consistently at another gym before joining The Fitting Rooms but increasingly found that I wasn’t being very efficient with my time and the gym was often too busy and the equipment I needed wasn’t available.
I've seen great physical results but most importantly, I feel healthy, strong, and I have found a love for all things fitness related.
It is also a plus to be able to get to know all the trainers and clients better in the social functions or summer activities organized by Fitting Rooms.
I thought I'd finally found my perfect gym when I joined a fancy, luxury place with all the bells and whistles.
After giving up team sports - something I'd done since I was little - I needed a new way to exercise around a busy work schedule, keep fit and not get any more injuries.
It had been a number of years since I’d done weight training, but through the support of the PTs, I have been seeing real progress in each class and getting stronger, which is very rewarding.
This gym stands out with its unique approach that emphasizes personal space and focused workouts, a refreshing change from the bustling atmosphere of larger gyms.
Would give six stars if I could; this place is such a find and the trainers are fantastic.
I did my prenatal strength training with TFR and they are fantastic in designing adaptations for me at different stages in my pregnancy, with PTs that give personalised support and attention in small mixed classes.
