Lessons with Katie are great fun! I started learning Portuguese as a beginner and used to have private in-class lessons but we now have lessons online and it still works really well. I'm aiming to use Portuguese in my work and Katie is able to include both variants of European and Brazilian Portuguese within the lessons so that I can be aware of different vocabulary and pronunciations. There's always an element of culture too, so that we cover not only the language itself but also look at different aspects of life and heritage in Portugal and Brazil. Lessons are often themed, relevant to the time of year, or events taking place and Katie works hard to make them engaging and varied with a good amount of grammar.
