Encouraged by my awesome instructor Kirsty I feel I can complete a wider range of moves and am starting to flow better in my movements on and off the equipment.
I regularly go to Kirsty and mix it up with her Pilates mat classes, MELT and retreats :-) good for the soul as well as the body!
