We had a great outdoor yoga session which I was a bit unsure about before we started. I'm not very flexible and also recovering from a recent whiplash so was nervous about doing yoga with other people. However it was a brilliant session, which I know myself and many others involved absolutely loved. Beks was absolutely fantastic and gave us different variations to fit our abilities. The Friday yin yoga is so peaceful and nourishing, I leave knowing I have given my mind and body so much calming goodness.
It’s obvious that Beks really cares for every student who she shares her space & practice with & that she teaches from & with her heart.
Perfect combination of yoga, delicious food, country walk and relaxation.
She is very in touch with her students mood and energy and encourages us to just do what feels right in your body in that moment which nowadays is a rarity.
She is a fantastic yoga teacher and guides you expertly through flows, gets you into places you didn’t know you could go, and somehow is able to read the mood of her (beautifully small and intimate) classes and tailor the session to meet everyone’s needs.
She showed me how to adapt poses as to avoid any further damage and taught me how to enjoy the stretches that I’d been too scared to attempt by myself.
Beks is such a lovely, warm lady, who makes sure everyone is ok.
I have been practising yoga with Beks for a few years now and I can honestly say it was one of the best things I’ve ever done.
Having suffered spinal surgery I felt very well-looked after.
Beks is awesome, very knowledgeable and uses this to create personalised sessions.
