The sound cradles are an incredible experience and today I did Qi Gong and an Angelic Reiki session with Andrea - I came away feeling so positive and healed.
I have never felt so much relaxation in my life especially the feeling of being able to let go completely after loosing someone so close to me in the family.
My sister had been going to the sound bath and reiki session for two weeks and she asked me to go on Thursday night.
