Carmel is an amazing teacher, she makes the evening light hearted and fun whilst teaching you new skills and making sure you get a great workout.
She always ensures that you are pushing yourself - the classes are fun, engaging and have a lovely, supportive atmosphere!

I have attended adult ballet classes at Winchester Dance Company for over 3 years and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun way to exercise.
She herself demonstrates beautifully with AMAZING technique and knows at first hand exactly which muscle need strengthening/lengthening in order to complete exercise and she is always encouraging, plans carefully and makes it fun.
A excellent local business who empowers young people to excel in dance.
Since moving out of Winchester for a few months, I have absolutely no interest in going anywhere else (based in London!!
