If you want to learn how to start yoga, and go on a yoga journey that will TRULY make a difference to your health, then I would not go anywhere else.
A fantastic intro into the Living Yoga Method, he took the mystery out of it and succeeded in making it feel inclusive and supportive with a wonderful warmth and sense of humour.
For anyone with burnt our adrenals or stuck in the sympathetic nervous system this will really help .
I did the beginners course and I enjoyed it so much.
