
Kate O'Reilly will be taking care of the yoga for you. She blends a range of styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Ayenga and yin. The morning practise will be more focused on lifting energy and detoxing the mind and body. The evenings will be a slower practise to wind down and unravel. Kate has been practising yoga for 12 years and teaching for 4 years across the world. Every class is different! There is always a holistic personal approach and the retreat is designed to allow you to go deeper into the practise in mind, body and spirit.
