At the first sign of any sickness or imbalance in my body what do I do? I BREATHE I breathe fully and deeply over over and over. 99% of the time I find that this in itself is enough. The action of those powerful and enriching breaths enables my body to self heal. It gets everything moving, blood and cells are stimulated and any imbalance is being supported to release. This may sound too simple but I assure you this has worked time and time again for me. If I find it isn’t quite enough what else do I do? I choose an alternative medicine. Currently I take colloidal silver, I take homeopathy, I drink water 💦💦💦(lots and lots of it) I continue to do the breaths and I affirm in my thoughts and visualise that I am already healed 🙏 I am certainly not saying there isn’t a place for the doctor or conventional medicine. We need them of course! There are benefits in both conventional and alternative medicine and in an ideal world they would work side by side ✨ ✨ What I am saying is we are far more powerful than the mind allows us to comprehend. Our thoughts and visions around our health are as important as anything else.
