This 7 week long evening course in meditation is structured to give you the tools you need to learn to meditate and to be more mindful in your daily life. The course is led by Zeenat Cameron, experienced teacher and director of Insight for Wellbeing. We will work with essential meditation practices such as mindfulness of breath, body scan meditation, and mindfulness of thought, feeling and sensation. We'll also explore bringing mindfulness into daily life.
