Meet Carly our new floor coach! We are really happy to have Carly's smiley energy on the floor. She really cares about helping people who have struggled in the past, to get training and actually enjoy it! But i'll let Carly tell you a bit more about herself. "I first started running when I was 21 and had lost my dad, it became my coping mechanism. That keep my mind healthy for a while but then I needed more. Here's where I found my love for CrossFit and 'training' I made friends, got strong and learned to love what my body can do. Fast forward a few years, whilst pregnant with my little girl, I decided it was time to become a coach. 1 now have: Level 2 Certificate 'm Gym Instructing Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training CrossFit Level 1 Weightlifting Level 1 and Level 2 I now get to help people fall in love with training (or least like it enough to keep doing it) and its benefits to the mind as well as body. That hour in the gym, is a step closer to being the best version of ourselves, what's not to love?"...
