Will I be stuck in a lengthy contract?

There are is no contract, a monthly direct debit is taken on the day you join each month. You can cancel at any time. If you require cancellation within the first month of joining, please contact us.

Can I bring a guest?

You may bring a guest to use the facilities. Guests must be with a member and passes can be purchased from reception For Cardiff, guest passes can be purchased online

Do you do swimming lessons?

Please contact reception at your local Riverside Club for details. For example, at Riverside Gloucester swimming lessons for children run on Saturday mornings. *No pool at Cardiff

Can I purchase a one activity only membership, ie swimming or gym etc?

Our membership is all inclusive, this means for a set price you can swim, use the gym, attend classes and play racket sports (where facilities are available)

How do I report an issue or get a query answered?

You can contact your local Riverside club directly to report an issue or discuss any queries. Our clubs will respond to all queries as quickly as they can. You can We absolutely welcome any feedback, so no matter how small, let us know what we can do to improve your experience.
