FAQs
Will the workout programme need me to be a member of the gym?
No. It all depends on your goals and if you are a member of the gym. I will design a programme based around what has been done in the sessions and stuff that can be done at home.
Surely you need a gym to do most things, right?
Again, no! Not at all in fact. You can achieve your goals without a gym. Using objects in your house, or using your local park. If you make a small investment in some basic equipment, you can profit long term without having to ever join a gym.
Where can we do the sessions?
Anywhere. Your front room, your garden, a park near you, a park near me. An agreement will always be made between us about location. Locations can be updated weekly as well if needs be.
What do I actually get if I buy a pack?
You will get however many sessions /week you have chosen, plus a regularly updated workout programme, nutritional guidance & someone to respond to any questions you may have at any time.
