With our ‘dynamic’ reformer pilates you’ll notice inner and outer thigh focus, waist, core and abs, your triceps and your glutes - resulting in a stronger and sculpted body. Our dynamic reformer pilates classes build ALL of these areas in each session. Your hard work on the PowerFormer reformer results in a total workout from your shoulders to your core to your calves.
