What is the class size?

Classes are limited to 5 people to ensure plenty of personal attention and guidance, while still enjoying a friendly and supportive group class environment.

What is a Foundation class?

This class is recommended for beginners and seniors. It teaches you the basics of how to use the Reformer with more of a focus on technique. Despite the slower pace, you'll still experience that signature Pilates burn.

Can men do Reformer Pilates?

Of course they can! The Pilates method was initially created by Joseph Pilates as a means to maintain his own fitness and well-being. Reformer Pilates enhances balance, posture, and flexibility, all while building muscle strength.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of each class. Changing facilities are available on site. If you arrive after the class has started then we may not be able to accommodate you due to class flow reasons.

Can Reformer Pilates help my performance in other sports?

Reformer Pilates targets weaker areas and rebalances tense muscles, enhancing your technique in activities such as running, tennis, or golf. Enjoy an improved range of motion, better balance, and a reduced risk of injury, among other benefits. David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo are big fans!
