Running injuries can be very frustrating especially when you are working towards a specific goal. Our bodies are truly amazing but we sometimes push our bodies beyond a load that it can cope with. This looks different for each person, but it could be something like:n👉🏼Doing a 5mile run with no previous training.n👉🏼Increasing your weekly mileage from 15 to 20 miles.n👉🏼Running during a week of poor sleep and nutrition.n👉🏼Returning to running after an injury without adequate rehabilitation.n👉🏼Running much faster than your normal pace to keep up with someone.n👉🏼Not taking enough rest/ recovery days.n nNow you’re probably thinking how do I get better if I don’t push myself?
