FAQs

When and how do I pick up my finished pieces?

Pottery pieces can take up to two weeks to glaze and fire. Items moulded in clay can take up to four weeks glaze and fire. You will receive a text when your pieces are ready to collect from our Canton studio. If you have not received a text within the above time period then please contact us on 07701 053 540 *. If you are travelling from further afield please talk to us about posting your finished projects to you (this will, of course, incur an extra postage fee).

How long have I got to collect my pieces?

We have limited storage space so any pieces which remain uncollected after one month may be disposed of. If for any reason you are unable to collect within this timescale please contact PeggysPots

Is the space accessible?

Although containers are limited in size we can provide ramps for access to our studio. During the summer and warm days many customers prefer to paint outside.
