Can i book a lesson, then a Package?

We offer that you can pay for your first lesson, then if you decide to continue with a package then we allow you to deduct your first payment from the package price (i.e. you will pay the remainder).

What shoulD i do if I need to CANCEL OR reschedule a lesson?

If you find the need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please get in touch with your coach directly to coordinate a new day and time. Your coach private telephone number is on your original confirmation email. Please provide your coach with a 24-hour notice, as we adhere to a 24-hour cancellation policy. This ensures that our coach can efficiently use the time slot for another client.

Is the pool Quiet?

Nuffield Health Moorgate is one of their luxury club and one of the quietest pool in central London. We also have our own dedicated teaching lane. It is a very nice and peaceful learning environment.
