How do I get over my fear of swimming, fear of water?
When it comes to private swimming lessons and getting over your fear of water, one very important factor is choosing your instructor well. You need to work with someone you trust, and who can motivate you and help you with your goals. He surely has a few tips to overcome your fear of water. For people with their own pool, or residential pool, this is a bit easier, since they can learn to swim in their own environment, in which they feel safer.
What group of muscles should I work together with?
Muscles in our body can be divided into four major groups, Chest and Back, Quads and Hamstrings, Bicep, Triceps and Shoulders, Glutes and Abdominals. You can workout muscles from the same group together.
How much rest do muscles need?
Larger muscles need to be repaired in order for them to get the strength they need. Usually, it is preferred to give your muscles 48-72 hours of recovery time so that they can rest and heal.
