Restorative yoga is perfect to help with relaxation, managing stress, improving sleep or recovering from burn out. These classes will help release tension from the body and calm your mind. Each class involves only a few postures, supported by bolsters and blankets. Postures are held for an extended period of time for 3-5 minutes, allowing for a deep relaxation of the body. This is very slow paced practice that will support you in the poses without any strain or pain. The classes are an hour and a half long, followed by 30 minutes of time to yourself to enjoy some quiet time to chill out, chat with friends or grab a hot drink.
