Yoga, though, is in fact a good way to stretch your body, and strengthen your muscles at a slow, mindful pace even when you are in pain. We teach functional yoga at Unwind and will offer you lots of options to explore poses that work for your body (and mind!) and we want you to be comfortable in that exploration when taking you through your practice.
