FAQs

What should I NOT wear to pole class?

Do NOT wear moisturisers, fake tans, lotions and potions on the day of your class as it will make you and the pole very slippery and make the class even harder! Please also remove any rings, watches and jewellery as they may scratch the poles.

What happens in a typical class?

A regular class is between 3-8 people of a similar ability. We begin with an aerobic warm up to get the blood pumping, followed by a little conditioning and dynamic stretching. We then get onto the equipment for the majority of the class, learning spins, tricks, transitions and maybe linking them all together. We finish with a gentle cool down stretch.

Can I come and watch a class before I book?

Unfortunately no. Spectators are not allowed except in private lessons as it would be unfair on other class participants. This goes for our childrens sessions too.
