FAQs

Do I need to create an account?

Yes, everyone needs to create an account before they can participate in any class. The way to create an account is to download the GloFox app via the App Store. Once this is downloaded, search for BOx and it will ask you to create an account. Alternatively you can create an account via our website - www.box-studio.co.uk

What are wraps, do I need them?

Wraps help protect your hands and wrists whilst punching the bags. These can be purchased from reception or online. Wraps must be purchased before attending any class due to protection and hygiene and must be worn for each and every class. Our gloves cannot be worn without them.

Can I have a smoothie if I have an allergy to some ingredients?

Our smoothies are all nutritionally designed to revitalise you. The ingredients for each smoothie is listed on our website and in BOxKITCHEN and we guarantee nothing else is added. Our advice is that if you suffer from an allergy to specific items we suggest not to purchase a smoothie.
