FAQs

What facilities do we get with the office space?

Access to the 1GBps leased line, free parking, discount in the coffee shop, green energy, external and internal breakout areas, access to the gym for free, ability to hire the meeting room on an hourly basis.

What can I expect to come with the industrial unit design?

All of our industrial units benefit from concrete flooring, high bay lighting, 3 phase electricity, highly insulted walls and roofs with tall eaves heights, facilities to accommodate specialized vehicle loading equipment and lorry parking. All buildings are bespoke and can be adjusted (within reason) to accommodate your requirements.

What is the Chamberlain Rooms standard room format?

It is completely up to you either boardroom or horseshoe. Just let us know! If there is another format that you would prefer then please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.

Do we need to have our own Public Liability insurance?

Yes you need to have your own insurance and this will need to be shared with Becky ahead of your shoot day. Becky will also share Burrough Court's with you for your own records.

Can you advertise my classes to your customers at Burrough Court?

If you tag us in your social media posts, we will happily re-share the content across our channels. A Studio timetable is also in the Coffee Shop where your class and contact details will be included, so people can directly contact you with questions and to book into your class.
