I’ve been coming here for a good few months now and I can honestly say I’m so glad I started this journey with 365Fitness.
They take time to consider what setup will work best for you and they remember you and what you might need help with from one class to the next.
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and I've learnt a lot about nutrition and health at the evening courses.
Both small group PT and large classes feel personal, supportive and, no matter who you train with, every member of the team pushes you to be your best.
Devon, James, Anna, Paige & the team really welcome you in (as do all of the members) and ensure technique, fun and progress without overwhelming you.
Really happy here, results driven and fun - the perfect combination!
It’s a great atmosphere and very welcoming with everyone training at their own level.
It offers a really flexible timetable, which means that it's been easy to incorporate and maintain a regular exercise routine in my busy lifestyle and I'm proud of the results I'm continuing to achieve.
