Sentiment Analysis
I feel my confidence and mental health has improved massively and I am no longer feeling jaded when coming to the end of my round, I’m actually feeling fresh enough for another round
So much so that I stay up later on a Sunday specifically so I can book onto my chosen class and that’s saying something!
Having suffered for many years with back issues, culminating subsequently with two slipped discs in 2011 and again in 2013, pilates was recommended to me countless times by my osteopath and my back surgeon, but I was also fearful of doing anything to exacerbate my recurring problems.
The lesson plans are outstanding showing that a lot of thought goes into them.
I have been going to the Pilates classes recently at my local gym and have really been enjoying them.
Manous’s pitch is always spot on, with several variations for everyone’s differing levels.
With a different focus each week the classes are well paced and never get boring.
I leave the classes walking taller and feeling stronger.
Her classes change each week so it stays fresh and everything is explained well with different options for different abilities.
Manouse's classes are enjoyable and I feel stretched and supple after class.
