I'm not a naturally bendy, super fit, ethereal whisp of a woman. I have been that person in a class who feels like they're made of tin and is so anxious they can't think straight. So if you're feeling apprehensive about getting started then know that I have been there too and it informs how I run this studio and everything that we offer. When you arrive for your first class, I'm expecting you. If you tell me about yourself, I'm listening. My classes are intended to give you the opportunity to explore you and how you want to move and breathe, whether we're practicing a more dynamic style of yoga or exploring calm, soothing yin yoga. This is your body, your practice and we're here to support you.

Absolutely wonderful, inclusive studio, with brilliant support from teachers.
Very welcoming yoga studio, tried the taster month and have enjoyed the yoga and pilates classes, they really help me to wind down after work and I can feel an improvement in my strength.
I decided to book on the taster course at Absolute Yoga to try out what classes I would enjoy/benefit from the most.
The offering of classes has changed and adapted over the years but there has always been something available for me, that fit in with my busy life.
Been coming since August and absolutely love it staff are so friendly make you feel so welcome.
To allow me to develop style and content I have attended many other studios in the Merseyside area, mostly having a positive experience, however on returning to Absolute Yoga Kate and Helens classes tick all my boxes for guiding a practice where you can push yourself but also take any variations you may need.

All levels catered for and plenty of props provided to help you achieve your best.
All classess are suitable for all abilities and I have always been made to feel very comfortable and safe here thanks to the lovely staff and customers.
