Core Pilates & Nutrition
(3 Reviews)

Penny is also a qualified Nutritional Therapist (dip. raw., mBANT, CNHC), practicing since 2005. The two disciplines can often be interlinked. Muscular-skeletal imbalances can affect our digestive system or our breathing, for example. Back pain or joint pain can be managed through diet. Penny applies an holistic approach to her work and believes that this provides the best long-term solution for her clients. For more information on Nutritional Therapy click on the link below.

Sentiment Analysis
She gives clear easy instructions, the classes have great pace and variety, the atmosphere is always warm and friendly and above all I have noticed a massive difference to my overall fitness, posture and wellbeing.
I have only been going to see Penny for six months, due to struggling with a bad back, but she has already helped me so much both physically and mentally!
I started Penny's Pilates class more than five years ago, in my mid 60's, hoping to remain mobile, fit and strong into my old age, unlike my mother, who by my age had two knee replacements and was very fragile.
