Kim is so supportive, always engaging and encouraging, she has encouraged and inspired me to delve in to many areas of my life and give them a spring clean, she has worked with all members of my family, I trust her implicitly.

Kim's soothing voice was perfect for the guided meditation and it was interesting learning more about the practice and the amazing benefits of Yoga Nidra.
