I had a really great session with Simon - he's really good at explaining both the technical & physical side of running clearly, as well providing great motivation. He assessed my movement by recording me from lots of different angles. Simon was able to pick up on preexisting injuries on my stride and give me tips to balance use of muscles vs over reliance on the “strong side. Simon has given me some great techniques to both build muscle and improve my stride, whilst taking into account my injuries. Really looking forward to my next session! Thanks Simon”'

Si is an excellent coach who helped change the way I run to reduce pain and fatigue and run optimally.
Since Simon and I started working together, my running has gone from strength to strength as I completed the 3 Peaks Yacht Race (90k over 4 days), my first Ultra (a 50k out of Bakewell), the OMM (short score), and most recently MIUT 85 (a savage 85k mountain ultra with 5,000m of elevation on the island of Madeira).
Working with Simon on my running technique and training programme is the single best decision I've made in progressing towards my goal of participating in multi-stage ultras.
My form is significantly improved, I am following the right running plans and as a result am hitting my goals and running with much more joy.
This would not have happened without Simon, it is not only about the training but also his coaching style, positive attitude and how he adapts around your schedule!

I have: (i) been shown how to adapt my running style to make me more efficient: (ii) learnt fast feet so that I can dance on the trails; and (iii) understood my blood lactate levels so can I run for longer with less effort and avoid the dreaded wall in a race.
As an older runner that only started from scratch about 7 years ago, I wanted to be sure that my running style would not cause injury.
Simon also coached me and set my training plan for my ultra marathon training, leading me to successfully complete Country to Capital and Pilgrim’s Challenge, a two-day stage ultra marathon.
Over the following months he trained me on technique, mindset, gave me workouts and stretching routines to compliment my new technique and low and behold I went from struggling around 5ks to effortlessly gliding around 10 miles plus and enjoying it.
