Having been to many, many fitness classes over the years I can honestly say these are the most fun and motivating I’ve ever been to!
I’d highly recommend for personal direction and encouragement to achieve the fitness goals you deserve.
Debbie’s Pilates classes include mind and body exercise which tones and strengthens muscles and I definitely have improved posture, reduced stress and improved wellbeing.
Through online and in person fitness sessions, as well as newsletters, recipes and in person events, Debbie has built a real feeling of fun, community and wellbeing which is often missing in gyms and other 'keep fit' classes.
The one day retreat events are extra special, a way to exercise, relax and enjoy good food and company in a beautiful environment.
Currently (2022) I'm doing one Pilates class with Charlotte, a second Pilates class with Debbie and the 'Mindful Moves' class with Vanessa - a lovely 'wind down' class after the working week.
Maintaining and indeed improving fitness makes huge sense and is so much easier when there's fun to be had at the same time.
So enjoyable and very beneficial for fitness, flexibility and well being; a lifeline during lockdown and since.
And there is a great flexibility when choosing what classes to attend each week - brilliant when juggling work and family commitments.
