Common examples of conditions I treat include tennis elbow (pain on the outside of the elbow) or golfers' elbow (pain on the inside of the elbow), neck and shoulder pain, lower back pain, sciatica, and general muscle soreness. Depending on the individual's needs, I may include muscle energy techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, soft tissue release, cross fibre friction, as well as traditional massage techniques in my treatments. I also do a strong but relaxing massage to release tension and stress. In addition, I can incorporate a cleansing body scrub at the end of any massage treatment.
