Having asked about my specific concerns she recommended stretches I can do at home in addition to the session and I have found this really useful, feeling I have made progress with my mobility already.
Full of advice, tips and recommendations, I always feel so motivated after leaving.
Love phoebe, treatment is great and well explained.
Before and after my hip replacement she has looked after me - I arrive in pain and a bit out of sorts and I leave feeling great.
Phoebe listens to your story and gets to the root of the problem quickly.
She is brilliant, I’m always feeling way better after and she makes massive difference in horses too.
Also gave me some useful tips and pointers on how to stretch and best practices for my posture (working from home isn’t the best for that)...
She treated the injury with manipulation and massage and gave me advice on exercises to strengthen and showed me stretches to do.
It’s great to go to an osteo, who gets to the matter at hand without wasting time.
Phoebe is the best rehab / massage you will ever have in your life, don’t think I need to say anymore, thank me later 😊 …
