FAQs

Do you offer guest passes?

Unfortunately we can not bring guests in to the gym unless they have signed up as a member. This is to do with our insurance policies. Your guest can however pay for a day pass and join you in the gym for 24hrs.

If I sign up online how do I get access to the gym?

Once you have completed your online direct debit one of our team will be in touch as soon as possible to book your induction and show you how to access the gym.

What if there is an accident in the gym?

Our gym is monitored with CCTV 24hrs a day. We have 5 emergency buttons around the gym that will trigger a response from one of our team. We also have a first aid kit inside the gym for emergencies during our unmanned hours.

More answers can be found on the FAQ page of our website.
