Hello, my name is Nicola. I've been working as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach for 8 year's and have extensive knowledge of working with general populations and athletes alike from 7 year's to 70 year's old! I am an inclusive coach where understanding, tolerance and kindness underpins what I do. I value the great relationships I have with my client's and their health and wellbeing is the most important thing to me. I specialise in older adults, juniors, women's and sport specific training. I can offer individual, couple and small group training. On a personal level, I have been weight training for over 20 year's, my passion is powerlifting which I competed in at an international level. Although retired from competitions I still enjoy gym based training as well as exploring Devon with my sidekick Roxy.
