--- Twice per week Personal Training Opportunity --- I have small amount of availability to join the Age Strong family, training twice per week, in my lovely, welcoming Private studio..... No crowded gym, prying eyes or chaotic crazy classes, everyone running round like headless chickens. Just a Relaxed, supportive space where you can feel comfortable, listened to and understood!! The average cost of a PT session is between £30 & £40, that's £240 to £320 per month for training twice per week. I'm offering the same frequency for less than £35 per week (under £17.50 per session), following a plan tailored to meet your needs, goals an where your currently starting at. You'll train with up to 2 other like minded people (or grab a friend/relative) with similar goals, all wanting the best for each other!! If your currently stuck at point A, with absolutely no clue how to get to point B. Let me take all the guess work out of it for you, just turn up, work hard, have fun, because believe it or not, you can get fitter, stronger, happier and healthier, whilst having a smile on your face.... That's my goal for 2023, help as many busy adults, moms, dads, grandparents, realize that age is only a number and its absolutely possible to get in the best shape of your life, no matter when you start!!
